We are in unprecedented times here in our great Nation, State, and City. We have been serving our community for over 37 years and are ready to serve the needs of our customers and team members while doing our best to protect the needs of the community at large. Safety is one of our core values and is a high priority at Champion Services every day.
Team Champion provides a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of our community and has been deemed as an essential business and will be allowed to continue to serve our customers.
I want to share our plan to address concerns and answer questions that you may be asking. Below is our process moving forward until further notified.
• If you need service, please call our main line at 877-789-6716 for service at any hour. We will not be using our answering service we will have local staff handling the phones 24/7.
• You can also reach me at 307-679-3414 (mobile), or via email at dwayne@champst.com. If I don’t answer, you can leave a message or send me a text message.
• We will be following all cleaning protocols recommend by CDC and state agencies.
• Every team member will be checked for fever each morning. As recommend by the CDC any temp over 100.4 will require employee to stay at home and take required action before returning to work.
Service call:
Our goal is to be here when you and your family need us to help keep your family Safe, Healthy, and Comfortable. We also need to take caution to protect our team members and make sure they stay healthy as well so they can continue to serve our community.
When you call in, our office staff will be asking a few new questions to ensure the safety of us all.
Is anyone in your household:
• Traveled outside of Wyoming in the past 14 days?
• Running a temperature or showing any systems of a cold or flu?
• Are you or anyone in the household under a current doctor’s quarantine or a 14 day self-quarantined due to being possibly exposed to another or awaiting testing of the COVID-19 virus?
• Have you or anyone in your household been diagnosed with the COVID-19 Virus?
With this information, we can prepare our experts' level of protection needed in a proper manner to come into your home safely.
We will be following CDC’s protocols to maintain personal space (6 foot). Our team will be wearing gloves, masks as needed, and disinfecting work areas in the home and in our trucks after each call.
You may be asked by one of our experts to speak via phone, video or Facetime as required to help minimize face to face time. We ask that you work with us so that we may provide the services needed.
Our experts will not be asking you to sign our IPads for authorization to provide service or for project completion. They will be signing them for you with verbal permission. Again, following the CDC’s personal space recommendations. An email receipt will be emailed to you.
Maintenance Calls:
We will continue running maintenance calls as well. These will be handled in the same manner as above. It is critical to continue to provide maintenance to your equipment.
Payments:
During this time, we ask that all payments be made via electronic means via debit card, credit card, or 3rd party financing if at all possible. We will continue to take checks and cash if need be. We will continue to take payments on-site in a safe manner or over the phone with our expert or through our office.
Additionally,
We are conducting all our company meetings via video conference and dispatching our experts from home to eliminate the need to gather. Some of our office staff is working from home and we are limiting office to field interaction.
Updates from Champion Services
We plan to work our plan in two week increments unless the situation changes.
We will send out communications via social media and email if our plan changes.
We greatly appreciate our customers and team members here at Champion Services.
We understand the value of trying to reduce the spread of this virus so that our healthcare system is not overwhelmed.
We are confident that we will be able to handle this predicament as quickly as possible and return to normality.
